Angela S. Beallor (1979, Cleveland, Ohio), artist and writer, is a red diaper baby from the Rust Belt. She received her Master of Fine Arts Degree in Advanced Photography from Bard College-International Center of Photography and a B.S. in Photo-Illustration and journalism from Kent State University. Questions from a background in political work, photo-journalism, and documentary continue to weave their way into her work. From 2009-2010, she was a co-curator of the reading series From Here to the Corner. Most recently, her work was shown with The Greatest Love of All: An Impromptu Queer Collective as a part of Congress of the Collectives. She lives and works in Brooklyn, New York and would really like to live on a collective farm some day.
